Ok--- Now I bought one?

I have bought my first house—let me refrase, I have it under contract and am ready to flip. The problem is getting my buyer in the house to have a look. I don’t want to lie to the lady, anyone have a plan or scenario to get this cat in the house? :-\

Very simple. Do you have any kind of inspection clause in the contract. If so, then this buyer is with you on “your” inspection. The problem comes if this buyer does not buy. How then do you keep getting buyers into the house?

To answer that question: I always buy the house then I can take my time and market it for a resale.

Yes I do have a inspection clause. Why didn’t I think of that?
