Should I replace the existing fence???
« on: October 09, 2005, 12:18:07 am »
Hello Everybody!
I recently bought my first rehab project, and our budget is really tight...as we have had to cover some hidden expenses...regardless, the fence looks fairly bad- has some rotten spots...should we replace the fence or just work with what we got?
Let me know

You have another option, too -- tear it down!

If the "bones" of the fence are good, I'd try to repair it and then paint/stain the whole thing (hint - use a cheap "Wagoner" power sprayer -- they're great for fences but crap for most everything else!).

I have CDO...it's like OCD but in alphabetical order - the way it should be!
