Hello i am new to investing and i wouldn’t know where to start looking for preforeclosed properties, i have been told the local courthouse but what exactly do you use as a means to start? the person’s name, address? or is there a particular section that would hold all of the preforeclosure listings? i thank you in advance for your comments
you can find out where they file the foreclosures ( usually) by calling your county courthouse. They will direct you to the right place. (in most cases)
