I am attempting to figure out how do you structure a deal to get cash back using a conventional loan. Here in GA I am under the imppression that if you get cash at closing your in big trouble, and you can go to jail, how can we get around this and still stay legal…?

I dont think such days ever existed…lol! I know there are several ways to do a cash-out deal I’m just trying to figure out who knows how…!
