I have yet to read Robs book but I was wondering if it has a chapter on how to attract tenants…? I have had a house on the market for 2 months and it seems that i can not find a tenant anywhere…! I mean granted I do need to cut the grass slightly, but the home is wonderful…and I’m asking a very reasonable price…I need a tenant how can I attract more people…?
That is NOT a tenant issue!! That is a lack of tenant’s issue! Try this go to nice Apartment complexes right at the mailboxes they should have a area to post stuff! put up a little sign

I would like to know more about this? Do you work it through the corrections facility or parole office? does the government subsidize there rent that you always have your rent on the 1st?
