i recently came across this company,

which analyzes floor plans and gives you a report on the flaws and details on it(from what i read)
in my opinion, i think this could be beneficial to rehabbers, as often changes in floor plan means hikes of 10’s of thousands of dollars, well, my thoughts only,
what do you guys think?

I am not familiar with the site. However, one would assume that any tools that one would have at their disposal to avoid major problems would be advantageous. 8)
I always look for tools that will save me time and money when I do any type of work.
would people think this company’s services as positive and perhaps a waste of money?
it’s sort of ambiguous for me, i think it could help and i think maybe there’s no need, but then again, if you know that a change in the floor plan can earn another extra amount, maybe it’s not so bad to get a consultation…
