Question on wrap not CFD

I was reading some post below about selling on contract for deed and Tim (I believe) said not to sell this way, which I understand. The part I didn’t understand and might have misunderstood is this:
Did he say wrap it instead?
How do you wrap a mortgage and offer it to a buyer without getting into the same thing as a contract for deed?
Please clarify.
