A friend told me of how he has been making money the last couple of months. He says there is a loan officer that is also a condo builder.
he builds the condo’s then sells them to investors at 5k cashback at closing.[for investor]
then 2 or 3 weeks later sells them to real buyers for 25k profit. [for investor]
about 30k profit for signing no downpayment. the only requirement is 720+ credit score.
has anyone heard of something like this? Where can I find more information on these types of deals?
