Hey there guys, I’m currently residing in North Miami , Florida and have the hardest time(you have no @#$@#$ idea !!) landing a single deal.
I’m a wholesaler and I’ve done everything from bandit signs to letters to distressed home owners, letters to owners of tax foreclosed(to be) properties, letters to vacant land home owners and still have yet to get a call , let alone a deal.
I’m getting frustrated …Where do i go from here???
