Hi - usually on birddog/beginner forum. . . I am thinking of investing in a targeted mail list via postcards.
My sales rep said she can market towards specific credit debt levels and credit scores.
Anyone have a recommedation? I know motivated sellers can come in all shapes and sizes, but is there a pattern among debt?
