Will the mortage company bid against me in a forclosure or is the sub trustee that they have appointed just wanting what is owed on the note. Please help.. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trustee will only bid loan balance plus attorney fees and other laon fees due and that is it. There are a lot more bidders today than in the past recession. Good luck on your bidding. Make sure you do a title search and or buy a policy.
