Has anyone had success getting leads from “farming” areas with mass fliers and postcards (like real estate agents use)? I’m trying to find out how to go about sending out a mass mailing - any tips? Should I call my post office?

I have sent out 8,000 postcards twice and 11,000 once for a grand total of 27,000 postcards. Out of all of those I have found 4-5 possible leads. Out of those I have 0 people that have cooperated with me all the way through the process. Success rate…0%. I have since turned to other areas to find leads.
