I have been lurking for a little while just reading posts and wanted make my first post:)
Background:
I am new to REI for passive income. My wife and I have purchased 3 homes…lived in them…fixed them up…sold them…and bought a ‘bigger and better house’. Now that we are in our 4th home and have the house we want to be in for some time we don’t want to sell our current house. But, I still want to continue and become a full fledged REI!
I have read and read and read and read some more on REI and just wanted to:
- Say thanks to everyone that posts. Your information is invaluable to a newbie like me.
- Make anyone aware that I am a REI investor if you have any properties in Michigan:)
- Reach out to anyone that has ties to Grand Rapids Michigan.
