I have a simple question for every wholesaler guys.
Do you typically contact your money lender during the purchase contract with seller even if you are not going to own the property?
Is that depend on what the seller and buyer’s contract issue?
I know some sellers want your pre-qualification letter or something like that to ensure that you are not backing up the deal. ???
