Hello all! I’ve been lurking this board for sometime and thought i’d get in and get going. Im going to start bird dogging and then move on to flipping. Just wondering if there is anyone else here wholesaling/flipping here in wa?
What part of WA are you working in? What is the market like in your area?
Sorry i’ve been out of town. i’m in the south tacoma area. where i’m at values have gone up about 16% from last year.
Those who are flipping should be aware of timing.
Wages have been flat.
Make good deals, but realize that we should see a general falttening now, or soon.
That doesn’t mean good deals are out there. There always are.
But one needs to pick carefully.
