Refurbing Mobiles

Anyone have experience renovating Mobile homes?
Im looking to ballpark renovation and repair.

My good friend would flip mobile homes because of the lower barrier to entry with prices in California vs paying $1M for a home to then flip.

I'm not an expert on the exact costs, but I know there's a few things with regular houses that you won't have to worry about with mobile homes. I would dig into Bigger Pockets to search for data and people who have done it!
