Wholesaler in Columbus Georgia

Hey friends, I'm looking for an experienced wholesaler in the Columbus Georgia area. I'll give you the pre-screened leads you follow up, take pictures, talk to the homeowner etc. We close the deal, we split 50/50.

I'm currently working with another wholesaler there but he can't keep up with the amount of leads that I'm giving him.  PM me for more information.

So Mike, your flipping distressed fixers in Columbus? From Southern Cal? And you need an experienced closer?                 We need to talk. I'm not anywhere near Georgia but I do know how to get homeowners to sign purchase contracts and getting them sold and I'm from central Cal.
