Anyone no of a private lender or investor in or around the Pittsburgh area? I’m looking for a loan in the amount of 28,200 which is 60% ltv 1st position interest and term negotiable. Collateral is land of small mobile home park 9 Lots with city sewer and water and city maintained streets. Money will be used to pay back taxes, Attorney fees, and some mobile home repairs.
