Are there any wholesalers on here that sell in Arkansas?
I once knew a wholesaler in Nantucket, who cudnt get a deal so he said F–k it.
I wonder how the market is in Arkansas, I once drove thru the state and it was gorgeous w the rivers and all the vegetation and seen some interesting people. Little Rock was a beautiful modern city. You know there are deals there.
I’m gona look over the real estate ads on CL there. And flip some of these fixers.

if you have some fixers to sell, any wholesalers can work with you. they just need a buyer and if they are decent at what they do, that should be easy for them.
