REO/Bank Owned better to start Wholesaling or private sellers ?

i want to start Wholesaling again i did a reo wholesale back in 09',( pre bubble, its diff now right ?) and was curios what to target or both ?   REO=Bank Owned Wholesale better to start or private sellers ?, i know there is  a lot of competition w/reos but confident there are always motivated dressed sellers in private sellers right ? or reos ? my farm area in so California San Bernardino and Riverside counties , So. California
