Need hard money loan

Hello I'm looking for a hard money loan for a fix and flip in FL. Would be looking for 100% financing for house and the rehab. Already have the house in mind. 106,000 would get the house, and another 30,000 for rehab. Once done the comps show resale at 165-179,000. Can anyone help steer me toward a private hard money lender?

Its really tough to ask a private lender for 100% financing, theres less chance for default when you have skin in the game - this shows good with is and will and open up relationships to obtain additional financing.
