Wholesaling in Los Angeles

Hello Everyone!!

I’m having a difficult time getting a real answer on the legality of wholesaling in Los Angeles County without a RE license, any insight?

It’s not illegal, and there is no license required to wholesale real estate in Los Angeles, or anywhere else in California. As long as you’ve got a contract to buy, you have the right to sell. That is, as long as you have an equitable interest in the property, you can do whatever you want.
