I have about 5 drive for dollars houses that I need to track down. I’ve used the free websites but I would like to narrow it down. I also have some tax lien addresses I need to hunt down as well so any legitimate services would be appreciated. :beer

I have my Title company run my addresses. Some people use the tax site to find the names of owners and their mailing addresses. Some people talk to the neighbors.
I use skip trace as a last resort.
I got name and addresses from tax and Google but I was hoping to run down there phone numbers. Tile companies are illegal in my state so I guess I will send out mailers and go from there.

So I use a family tree service. I know it sounds crazy, but it works! You just search the owner’s name and it pulls up last known addresses, relatives and phone numbers! It works most of the time!
We use TLO
I use TLO. Not easy to get approved. I would recommend IDI. I heard they are good.
Findtheseller is $10 a pop but gets a ton of information and no hassle with getting approved etc like TLO and those guys.
Anyone ever tried Skip Genie?
