Cash buyers

Hey everyone. I just joined a site called MyHouseDeals.com. It costs $204 for a year membership and I now have access to probably 10,000+ cash buyers contact info from all over the country. They constantly update their lists.

I have 150 in Central Florida, almost 300 in New York, almost 400 in Miami area.

I'm not advertising for the site, I'm just trying to help people out on this site.

About time I gave SOMETHING back.

Redstar, you dont need a 10,000 buyers list. You need some friking distressed properties on contract. If it's a good deal with an ad on Craig's List you wud have all the buyers you will ever need.
The 200 buks you spent on that list wud have paid for 600 post card stamps.
I want to see you succeed, but, I know you wont listen to anything I say.

Gold River said build a buyer's list so that's what I'm doing.

He's the billionaire.

I haven't got around to direct mail again just yet. I have a meeting with another local wholesaler that I met at the REI meeting in Orlando. I'm going to absorb information like a sponge. I might even work for them for a week or two to learn all their secrets.

I have yet to have a deal to market to them.
