A four five point inspection is what, $200? In that ballpark…

I don't do an inspection on a wholesale home, my end buyer may choose to pay someone to take a look at the house, but I don't!

You figure out the proposed rehab by looking at the house. An inspection is when you pay an inspector to inspect the house. The end buyer gets an inspection not you.

A home buyer does an inspection. But it is not always necessary. The cost for a home inspection can vary greatly depending on the region of the country and living costs. The smaller houses are cheaper to inspect and larger houses are more expensive.
