Hi everyone
I recently moved to New York City - Brooklyn actually - a few months ago. I’d really like to get started in REI and would prefer to start with bird dogging just to get my feet wet, build up some cash, etc.
I was wondering if there was anyone on here from NY that has experience in bird dogging in this area? From what I can tell, it seems that NY just doesn’t have deals left in it anymore. Everything is overinflated to the max.
Does anyone have any thoughts, experiences, etc with the New York market? I’d love to hear any input at all.
