Hi guys I’m in need of a hard money home equity loan and i’m kind of stuck on where to look.
I apologize if i’m posting something wrong since I am a new member and this is my first post :biggrin.
I have a home that is completely paid off. It is single family home rental in Grand Rapids, MI. Good condition. Valued at about 55k. I would like to find somebody that can finance a portion of the value, and add themselves as a lien holder for collateral. I don’t know where to look but I am not having any luck. I’d love to skip over the whole bank procedure if possible.
My credit is good, I’m a good investor and I know what I am doing (for the most part).
I’d like to find somebody that will help me out for future deals as well so if you can help me out or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it!!
