We are a construction company with over a 15 year experience building and renovating residential houses in Toronto. We are looking to add a real estate component to our business with a goal of house flipping.
We are looking for investors/sponsors to help us fund our deals. The ideal arrangement for us would be to bring to the table our expertise, knowledge and resources to renovate a house while the other party is to provide finances for the entire project.
Please suggest where to look for investors, what would be the resource for getting funding/interested people in Canada?
