Funding for Multiple Home package

I am looking for suggestions of different ways to fund a 8 sf home package. What would you do? Cash is the obvious, but I want other options on my corner.

 There are a number of resources on the web for blanket loans for multiple single family properties.

It is fairly easy to finance if you have ownership or proper down payment.

A blanket mortgage is a good idea. One could create a blanket mortgage by funding in a trust with private investors supplying the money through the trust. Also, you can tap into the qualified money sources (IRA’s, Pensions, etc.). Then you control everything through negotiating the terms of the privately funded mortgage.
