I’m thinking about giving away 10 pre-foreclosures at my next REIA. I’m shopping for new investors and I want to try something different to get the investors to call me for leads. What would you do? How would you react?
Please give all advice because I’m planning to do this on Thursday.

I think it’s a great idea. I would call you and see what about getting a list on a regular bases. I don’t have the time to search for them. My question is for anybody how who you make money doing that?

You can contact investors who will pay you for your leads. Try looking in your local paper under " We buy houses for cash" and also on signs on the road. Most of them will give 500 to 1000 per lead that closes. You should try to get some money for your hard work.
