REO Contact

It's been a long time since I've been on here as I have been out of the game for a while and know a lot has changed in the past 10 years.  For the seasoned investors, is there a direct contact for Bank REO's and what is this persons title?  I am interested in acquiring properties this way if possible.

Also, what seems to be the most popular investing method in 2014 (fyi...I understand that every market is different)?  What is working for you all?

What works for me is contract with the bank. I am just lucky that I know some people who helped me with the process.

Contract with a bank is one way I guess....

I am talking more so down the lines of a particular individual who has full access of all the REO's for the bank...I can't seem to remember what their actual title is but I do know that the word "Asset" is in their title.

Try "asset manager" or something like that.  Speaking in plain terms and asking to speak to the person who handles their foreclosed properties works too.
