Has anybody heard of or used the website "Private Money Goldmine
’ to find private money in there local areas?
It is a paid website that populates people in your local area that offer to lend money privately…
I have been burned or have purchase some websites in the past that didn’t offer really what they said. :shocked So I am just checking here…?

What did you find out about Goldmine?
I work for a hardmoney lender. We get good leads from privatemoneygoldmine all of the time.
I say about 20% of our clients have come from that site.
So it works, at least for us lol
I subscribed for about a year.
The leads I received were commercial lenders usually out of state, never actual private money leads.
And none were local, for the 4th largest city in the us.
I’ve been to a few sites like that one and they always seem to offer the same kind of dubious lender. Too many red flags for me.
seems that most reviews are mixed which is pretty much to be expected.
I signed up for a short while. I remember being extremely disappointed in the results. They aren’t real private lenders, but hard money lenders.
