I have a prewriting contract but some of the wording does not pertain to what I am doing for this deal. I don’t know what to take out so that it does not affect the contract legally nor what to take out so that it is not just for short sales. Any suggestions or comments I would greatly appreciate it!
Order a book called "Real Estate Profits on Steroids by Jackie Lange on Amazon, it’s only a few bucks and has a contract inside. Just tweak it some for your area and situation. Rando
google it…find a word doc that you can work off of and tailor it to your liking. There a gazillon copies out there in cyberspace. A simple one page document should work,
