Hello,
My name is Kyla and I am a new investor living in San Diego. I want to start a team and get things start. I'm only 22
but I have more passion and a drive to do big things with REI then most "kids" my age. I really really REALLY want to start this and get a team going. But it's so hard to find real people who want real results. I want people who are willing to work and do their part like they say they will. I'm really over dealing with flakes.
So all you determined investors in san diego, LETS GET THINGS STARTED!!
PM me.

Hello,
Just wanted to introduce myself and my line of work. My name is Alan Malicse and I live in the SF Bay Area. I'm a recent transplant into the Real Estate industry - specifically Commercial Real Estate.
I'm currently employed with Cordero Capital Partners Inc. based out of Pleasanton CA. My main duties the company are Commercial Lending Consultant.
My previous career was in the IT field for 17yrs at Lucasfilm. I've decided to reinvent myself as I've always wanted to delve more into Commercial Investing. My definite goal is to start with Cash Flow properties 8-10 units in the Sacramento area and eventually work towards my goal of Office and Retail investing.
Please don't hesitate to call me with any Commercial Lending needs as I'm hoping to start building my cliental.
Thank you and I look forward to communicating with all of you!

Hello all. I joined this site/group to learn all that I could learn to be a successful RE investor. I am starting as a wholesaler and want to soon start flipping and within a year obtain my first buy and hold. I am looking more so right now to build my buyers list. I have several properties my agent has brought to my attention and I am working to get under contract. Any suggestions on buyers list building?

Greetings everyone,
I am new to wholesaling and real estate investing in Southern California. I am looking to expand my network base; I have a few properties in the Inland Empire area that has not been MLS listed and still learning the ropes of the assignment contract. Are California wholesalers using the California Assocation of Realtors residential purchase agreement for their assignment contracts or do you draft your own purchase agreements? If anyone has any experience, please PM me. Thank yoU!

Happy holidays everyone, my name is Mike and I am in FL. We offer Unsecured lines of credit up to $200,000, startups and co-borrowers AOK. No income or assets need documenting, and there are zero upfront fees. Our common sense approach to lending is designed to lay the foundation for future opportunities. Multiple associates may apply from the same entity for larger loan amounts. We don’t just get you a loan; we want to help take your business to the next level. Referral fees are available. If you would be interested in discussing this further, you can PM anytime. Happy holidays.

-*- My name is Donovan, and I am highly motivated to do whatever it takes to succeed in this reality we call life. I have a wide array of skills/virtues that make it possible for me to do almost anything in any position to achieve my goals.
-*-I am here because I have many ideas, and thoughts relevant to real estate - but dont know exactly how to shape or mold them into something I can actually use to make money.
-*- I am asking for help from anyone, or a specific individual who would be willing to teach me - show me the way, so that I may as well have a successful future.
-*- Shape me into a protege - a real estate machine. I am 23 years young with a tremendous amount of motivation to take the road less traveled, I will be here day after day searching for an opportunity... I wont let you down...
-*- Please check out my profile, and contact me if you would like - I will respond within a day at the most. I truly believe I am an investment in itself... thank you for your time.

Listen up all you cash investors looking for non listed proprieties in the San Diego and Orange county area we just got 4 from Bank of American in San Diego and 20 in the Fullerton, Garden grove, Huntington beach area. All the homes need some repairs and are selling at 60% of the BPO. Brokers welcome but have your ducks in a row and make sure you get your NCND sign by the buyer.
where did you get this info from bank?

California real estate investors can find real estate clubs in most of the large cities, including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, & San Francisco.
