Assignment of contract 5 to 10% of contract’s value!
Transactional Funding A-B / B-C deal 10 to 15% of “As Is” property value!
Owner occupied Buyer: Conventional / FHA / VA or 203k!
Assignment 6% maximum of contract!
Transactional Funding A-B / B-C deal 15 to 20% of contract!
