I recently bought a property in SC (I live in CA) and I am looking for more buyers. I have found some through craigslist and other free classifieds, but most of them have no $ or credit. I would like to find some investors who pay cash or owner occupants with enough $ for a down payment (we are offering owner financing) and at least fair credit, but haven’t had much luck. Any suggestions? I appreciate your help!
This forum is a great start. Try to find some other forums and look for people from the area your house is in and then private message them and ask if they have any buyers. If they do you can split the profits with them.
