Need Help with Turnkey Properties

Hey guys.

Quick question:

I’m coming across a lot of turnkey rental properties in my market. Fully rented, newly renovated, and providing cashflow from Day One. Does anyone know who the major buyer of rental properties is in and around Atlanta, GA? Someone who owns 50 - 200 rental properties and pays for them cash?

Check out a local REI meeting if you haven’t already, they should know who the major players are in your area. You could also contact property management companies, I’m sure they’d be open to one of their clients purchasing more properties for them to manage.
