hey all, in today’s market. how do an investor get around the earnest money deposits while making the deal with your end buyers. How can i structure a deal that is an REO property, get it under contract, have my end buyers in place, and not put down a down payment until i recieve one from the end buyer. also, is the seasoning with the reo properties back into effect?
