I have bean looking to wholesale houses from owners and I've found so many ugly vacant houses using the ant farm BUT, with most of them the owners don't own them anymore and they aren't listed. Its like they're in owner/bank reo limbo. Is there any way I can make a deal out of these because I canít seem to find any ugly vacants that still have owners that I could buy them from?

First of all how are you generating leads? Are you driving around to find ugly homes. This gets old fast. I did the same thing as a new wholesale investor.

Get some signs up. Have people calling you. You will love this method of investing if you do it that way. Nothing like having people call you with homes that they own free and clear, with tons of equity in the, that they are willing to let go of for some cash.

Seriously, get the calls to come to you. Its better this way.
