New Investor wanting to pattern/model my RE business after the companies/investors who have a proven track record for excellence. Looking to follow/build on a platform of doing things excellently with conscience. Must be Win/Win arrangement and philosophy. Values based investing. I would rather do one deal right then 10 deals wrong or make $1 dollar right versus $10 wrong.
Nothing wrong with wanting to have values when it comes to this business, but if you are constaly contemplating what is a wrong deal then you will never get any checks cashed.
Just do your home work. Before you do anything, know what areas you want to invest in, and then build a nice fat list of buyers to close the deals for you. GET PAID NOW.
