I am just starting my real estate business. Need to find a good title company. Any referrals would be great. Need a title rep that works with investors and an escrow officer that knows what they’re doing.
The definition of a “good” title company depends a lot on what you are trying to do and if the title company is familiar with it or not. I found my title company by going to my local real estate investor’s club and asking the people doing what I am doing who they are using.
Real estate is a team sport. Use other’s experience. You don’t want to cut brush.
