I am very new to this entire process and looking for help. I am in the process of purchasing my first home but would like to purchase more properties to rent. How long do I have to wait before I can purchase more properties to rent? Also, what type of loans are out there for me as an investor of rental properties. Are there any books that I should look to read that will help me. I am Maryland and need a mentor. Any info would really help me. I have very good credit just no funds.
