I am using a virtual wholesaling system for wholesaling. Using the criteria given to me I am searching for properties to market too. However, there are not a lot of properties that meet the criteria. Does this mean I should focus on another area. I am currently marketing in New York.
Or maybe you should focus on doing wholesaling the “actual” way instead of the “virtual” way.
