HOW CAN I SELL PROPERTIES TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE TROUBLE GETTING A LOAN.

HERE IS MY IDEA. I WANT TO PURCHASE HOMES WITH HARD MONEY AND SELL THEM TO PEOPLE THATS HAVING TROUBLE GETTING QUALIFIED.  IS THERE SOME SORT OF CREDIT REPAIR PROGRAM THAT HAS A SHORT TURN AROUND TIME.  AM I BEING REALISTIC WITH MY IDEA?

You could provide seller financing to them, but I wouldn't want to do that with hard money.  The rates/fees are too high and you'd have to re-fi it out of HM anyway.  Also consider there's probably a good reason these people can't get loans from the banks.  Their credit had to get trashed somehow.

try lease option or rent to  own.  but make sure they can aford the payments. as you are the bank.,
