Heloc-Who has the best program?

Can anyone tell me who they think has the best heloc out there. Looking for one for my primary to do some more flips. What are the requirements , as I currently have five mtgs. under my name. Tax Returns? Debt-to-Income?Appraisal?What should I expect. Thanks!!!

Bank of America used to have a great HELOC program. They may have scaled it back a bit because of the crunch though.

Where was I that they had a sign out offeringhome equity loans. US Bank, I think. It looked like good terms. Not a HELOC, but if you know how much you need, at least it is an option.
