I have found quite a few deals in the chicagoland area! However, I am having challenges finding hardmoney for REOs/Foreclosures in this area. Does anybody know of any lenders?
how much of your own money are you planning to put into these deals on a % basis per deal…if nothing check dohardmoney dot com…they seem to favor the no money down route which I dont…but they are legit
