Two properties in CT
Property 1
Three Family 110K rent roll is 2,900/ mo fully rented leases end in feb 2011
Property 2
Three family 80K rent roll 2600/mo fully rented leases end in dec 2010 and march 2011
Have 30K down payment to buy both. Any advice on how to find or were to search for lender who will finance both properties. Have 15 day and the clock is ticking. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Look for a local bank interested in doing NOO loans. For these loan amounts, a corporate bank would probably do it too but want more money down.
