Any tips for wholesaling HUD homes? REO homes I would just use the property address LLC as the buyer on the contract and once offer was accepted and end buyer in place…I would then form the LLC. Most properties that I put under contract I have end buyer already in place, however in the case of HUD homes they want SSN#/EIN# company info etc. Trying to find a way to wholesale without doing a double close, property located in Atlanta.
