I'm on a limited budget and was wondering should I spend the extra money on the pre printed signs or is getting the blank ones and just writing them out just as good? Thanks

Use printed signs when you want to attract motivated sellers

Use handwritten house for sale when you want to attract cash buyers

both version work just as well. I would put out handwritten signs if I have the time and energy to commit to consistently doing it. If not and if you can afford it, go with pre-printed ones

Thanks for your help. I'm gonna try hand written ones first and see what I come up with
