hOW DID YOU DID YOU PURCHASE YOUR INVESTMENT PROPERTY DID YOU WORK PART TIME JOBS OR SAVE UP, OR DID SOMEONE GIVE YOU THE MONEYU, I WANT TO KNOW BECAUSE EVERYONE GETTS STARTED DIFFERENTLY

I wholesaled my 1st property to a landlord. I optioned it for 10 bucks down. Negotiatied a short sale. Conducted a 5 day bidder sale. And sold it to a landlord. Walked away with $34K and change!
